三峡美术馆位于长江之滨的宜昌市，环境优美，交通便利，毗邻益通大厦，是宜昌市文化领域标志性建筑之一。美术馆占地22000平方米，一期投资近6000万元，全部建成后规模将列省前茅。

拥有现代化的典藏画库，多功能学术报告厅、贵宾厅、艺术家工作室、公教中心、咖啡厅、中西餐厅等先进服务设施，是集展览、收藏、研究、教育、交流、服务等功能于一体的高品位的美术馆。

三峡美术馆一期馆内有两个展厅，展区面积近2600平方米，展线约350米，可同时或分别举办不同类型不同题材的展览。

三峡美术馆展厅室内空间高度为4.5米，配有活动展墙，能变化多种不同空间布置，满足大型作品展览要求。同时展厅内配有中央空调系统，安保系统，火灾报警系统，提供24小时警报安全服务。

The Three Gorges Art Gallery is located in Yichang city alongside the Yangtze River.The Art Gallery boasts pleasant environment and convenient transportation adjacent to Yitong Building, marking one of the cultural landmarks in Yichang.The Art Gallery which covers a total area of 22000 square meters with the first-phase investment totaling approximately 60 million yuan, will be on the leading edge scale-wise provincially after completion.

The Three Gorges Art Gallery which is equipped with such advanced service facilities as modern repository, multi-function academic hall, VIP room, artist studio, public education center, coffee room, Chinese and western restaurants serves as a high-end art gallery integrating functions including exhibition, collection, research, education, exchanges and services.

The Three Gorges Art Gallery (Phase 1) which consists of two exhibition halls covers a total area of approximately 2000 square meres and 350 exhibition lines, accommodating exhibitions of different types and themes at the same time or separately.

The Three Gorges Art Gallery whose internal room height amounting to 4.5 meters has installed movable exhibition walls that can be converted into diversified space arrangement, meeting the demand of large-scale works exhibition. Meanwhile, the gallery that is equipped with central air conditioning system,  security system and fire alarm system provides around-the-clock security alert services.Thereby, Three Gorges Art Gallery is a well-equipped and full-function comprehensive gallery.
